Exchanges and Returns Policy

At Evolvgaia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we accept exchanges and returns under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items such as final sale goods, personalized products, and accessories may be non-returnable. Please check the product description before ordering.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at contato.evolvgaia@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

  • For exchanges, you may be responsible for paying shipping costs for the replacement item unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are typically non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We gladly accept exchanges for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

  • Contact us for exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • Follow the return process for the original item, and place a new order for the replacement if required.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are damaged or defective.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

  • Customers outside Brazil are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during return shipping.

  • Please check local regulations as these may affect return eligibility.
